Publiq is constantly evolving. Our development team works every day on improvements that make the platform easier to use, clearer, and more effective. So, what’s changed recently — and what’s coming next? Here are the key updates.
More control over notifications
Since late 2025, project and area followers have been able to choose how they receive notifications from Publiq. Alongside push notifications, users can now opt to receive updates by email as well.
This makes it easier to align your communication with the preferences of your community. And it’s already proving popular: more than 6,000 users are currently receiving email notifications.
Coming soon: We’ll be adding SMS notifications in a future release.

Reusing surveys made simple with the survey library
Our survey module, launched a few years ago, is being used more and more — particularly for consultation programmes and detailed satisfaction surveys.
The new survey library makes it much easier to reuse questionnaires across projects or save them as templates. You can now also link a survey directly to an update, helping to boost visibility and encourage responses.
Coming later this year: Further improvements to the Sentiment Monitor.
A better web experience
In addition to the mobile app, projects can also be accessed via a web browser. Over the past months, we’ve made significant improvements to the web version.
Users can now log in via the browser, making it easier to follow projects across multiple devices. We’ve also refreshed the design — not just visually, but to enhance usability and ensure compliance with the latest digital accessibility standards.
Improved conversation management with our new ticketing system
We’re currently developing a much-requested enhancement: improved handling of conversations (chat messages) within the admin environment. Internally, we’re referring to it as the “ticketing system”.
Soon, you’ll be able to assign conversations to colleagues and maintain clearer oversight of ongoing interactions. This will make managing communication far more straightforward — especially when working across multiple projects or clients.

Ongoing improvements behind the scenes
Alongside these larger updates, we continue to roll out smaller improvements that make day-to-day use smoother. For example, you can now personalise QR codes and schedule when a project goes live or offline.
We’re also continuing to build on our AI functionality, helping you save time when drafting and refining content.
We value your feedback
Is there a feature you’re missing? Do you have an idea to share? Or has something not worked quite as expected?
