What kind of projects is Publiq suitable for?

Publiq is suitable for any construction, infrastructure, or energy project. We believe every project deserves a platform. While it supports all types of developments, it’s especially valuable for large-scale urban projects, where disruption or public resistance is more likely. The main goal is to increase public support and reduce complaints.

Which devices is Publiq available on?

Publiq is available for both iOS (Apple) and Android, and works on smartphones and tablets.

Can I apply my own branding to the Publiq platform?

Yes — projects using our Pro and Enterprise packages can be fully customised to reflect your branding. Projects using our Lite licence cannot include custom branding. Visit our pricing page for more details.

Can I include Publiq in a tender?

Yes, Publiq can be included in your tender documents without requiring a subscription. We provide comprehensive, ready-to-use materials free of charge, including visuals of the app.

How does payment work with Publiq?

After subscribing, you’ll receive a quotation along with our Terms and Conditions. Once accepted, we’ll send an invoice. Our standard payment term is 30 days, unless otherwise agreed. Payment is made in advance for the full subscription period unless other arrangements are made.

How do I add a new project in Publiq?

Log in via the Publiq admin portal – the content management system behind the platform. From there, you can:

 

  • Add or edit projects
  • Publish announcements and updates
  • Activate and monitor satisfaction surveys
  • Chat with followers
  • View statistics
  • Generate reports

 

To access the admin portal, an active subscription is required. Once registered, you’ll receive a welcome email with login details and a user guide.

How do I measure community satisfaction in Publiq?

Publiq includes a satisfaction monitor – a simple, accessible tool for gathering feedback from residents, commuters, and other stakeholders. The survey includes seven topics (set by the community manager) and uses a five-point scale with smiley icons. Users can complete the survey in under 20 seconds.

 

All responses are displayed visually in the admin dashboard, offering insights to help guide communication, inform decisions, and build public support.

How do I manage complaints in Publiq?

Users can submit questions or complaints via the Conversations feature, with the option to attach images. All messages are received in the admin portal, where they can be labelled as a Question, Complaint, or Compliment.

 

Each conversation is assigned a status: Open, Pending, or Closed. Once a conversation is closed, the user is asked to rate how it was handled. Satisfaction scores and response times are tracked in the statistics dashboard.

How do I gain followers in Publiq?
